MOBIS Selected as 'Korea's Best Enterprise in 2002'
MOBIS, Korea's largest auto parts specialist, was selected as the 'Korea's Best Enterprise in 2002' in the field of automotive parts by Korea CEO Association (KCEOA).
On October 24, KCEOA held a ceremony to award its "First Best Enterprise Grand Prix" at the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) building. The evaluation categories included business growth capability, profitability, stability, corporate value, future growth potential, etc.
In particular, MOBIS demonstrated a rapid growth and high profitability, such as increases of 50% in sales and 143% in net profit since 2001, as well as a 35% ROE (return on equity), far greater than domestic excellent enterprises' average rate of 10-20%.
