In particular, in line with the government’s “Proposed Revisions for Basic Laws on Construction Industry” that prohibits granting and receiving goods for unfair requests, the cyber audit office published an internal guideline emphasizing the significance of ethical management.
The cyber audit office enables employees to report unfair business operation or irregularities through Amco’s website or intranet, while planning to take disciplinary actions against violations of ethical management policies committed by all executives and employees.
Unfair acts such as ?embezzlement, financial misuse and bribery ?requesting money and entertainment ?unfair acts taking advantage of one’s official authorities ?unfair business operations will be subject to audit. The audit office will also receive reports on safety related issues at construction sites at home and abroad.
