AMCO, which is a subsidiary construction company of Hyundai Motor Group, is commencing sales of AMCO Town in Ulsan following successful sales at Samsan-dong, Bupyung, the first project of the company.
AMCO(President & C.E.O : Kim, Chang Hee. www.amco.co.kr) announced that the company is commencing sales of total of 741 residential units (9 buildings) in 3 types, namely 99㎡/ 120㎡/ 150㎡, with 22 above ground floors and 2 underground floors located at the Shincheon-dong, Ulsan in September this year.
Mr. Jun, Chang Young, Vice President of AMCO (Director of Construction Division), stated that “we shall win the hearts of clients with sales strategy of differentiated quality in Ulsan,” through media interview at the site of AMCO town in Samsan-dong, Bupyung on the 14th.
The differentiated sales strategy of AMCO Town at Shincheon-dong, Ulsan, will be highlighted with expansion of landscaping facilities (large area of forest through expansion of green ratio and assertive planting of wild flowers), operation of community space and diverse range of activities including provision of opportunity for automobile maintenance by fully utilizing the advantages of being a subsidiary company of Hyundai Motors, on the basis of the contents of specialization illustrated at the AMCO Town at Samsan-dong, Bupyung.
Actually, AMCO Town at Samsan-dong, Bupyung for which sales began in 2005 and occupation to commence on August 16, received favorable review from the clients scheduled to occupy the establishment as high class and highly advanced apartment at the time of recent inspection prior to occupancy.
In particular, the AMCO Town has achieved landscaping ratio of 44% within the estate and received evaluation by the Ministry of Information and Communication as being the closest apartment to being ubiquitous through acquisition of AA rating in Home Network System.
On the other hand, Mr. Jun, Chang Young, the vice-president, announced that the company is “planning to commence sales of 40 or so villas at Jocheon-eup, Jeju this year in addition to the Shincheon-dong project, and total of 3,800 residential units in Ulsan (2,000 units in Hogye-dong) and Jinju (1,800 units in Chojang Region) as well as more than 500 residential units in composite commercial and residential building in Sangbong-dong, Joongryang-gu, Seoul next year.”
For this purpose, AMCO has recently developed “Premiers AMCO” and “AMCO Square,” which are brand names for composite residential and commercial building, and officetel. The company has been expanding its corporate image advertisement through newspaper, broadcasting and radio since June.
Mr. Jun, the vice-president, added that "we are planning to pursue re-development and re-construction projects at home and abroad, and for such purpose, we have established local corporation in Cambodia and pursuing private sector development project."
Through these efforts, AMCO is planning to catapult to the rank of within the top 10 in the industry by expanding the weight put on residential business to 40% by 2010.
