Seminar on the trends and forecast on, as well as on means of improvement in the future for large capacity composite development projects, which are public-private sector coalition type Project Financing (PF) projects will be held.
AMCO (Representative: Kim, Chang Hee - www.amco.co.kr.), a subsidiary construction company of Hyundai Motor Group of companies, announced that it will hold seminar on large capacity public subscription type PF project (large capacity composite development project), which is organized by the Real Estate and Urban Research Center of Konkuk University and sponsored by AMCO, on the 15th at 14:00 at the KOTRA International Conference Hall at Yeomgok-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
It is anticipated that approximately 300 invitees from major construction companies, execution companies, architects offices and interested parties from the financial sectors will be participating in the seminar.
In particular, this seminar was prepared to diagnosis problems on public subscription type PF projects that are ordered by public institutions, and to present forecast and direction of improvement for this type of project in the future on the basis of analysis material from the systematic and schematic perspectives.
In the case of AMCO, the company is sponsoring this seminar as a means of assertively participating in public subscription type PF project related public subscription projects in the future.
Cases of Korea Land Corporation (Assistant General Manager: Kim, Young Sang) and Jukong (Assistant General Manager: Park, Young Kyu) that has been implemented thus far will be introduced along with presentation on the direction of improvement by Professor Shim, Gyo Eon of Graduate School of Real Estate of Konkuk University will be made at the seminar.
In addition, general discussions will be conducted with participation of specialists from wide variety of fields including Seoul City Government (team manager: Cheon, Soo Hyeon), University of Seoul (Professor Oh, Dong Hoon), AMCO (Vice President: Cho, Wie Geon), Chosun Daily (Assistant General Manager: Cha, Hak Bong), which will be led by Professor Lee, Yong Man, the Dean of Graduate School of Real Estate of Hansung University.
Over the last several years, large capacity composite development projects have been rapidly increasing in the development market, commencing from Jookjeon in Yongin and gradually spreading into Dongtan in Hwasung, Daejeon Expo, Baebang in Asan, Hanryuwood in Goyang, Chungra Foreign Investment Project in Incheon, Composite Complex in Dohwa, Pangyo Composite Complex in Sungnam, up to subway station region of Yongsan. Projects are anticipated to commence in regions including New Town in Gwangkyo and Eunpyeong, Chungra Commercial District and Gajung Crossroad in Incheon this year.
AMCO, on the other hand, is anticipating revenues of 500 Billion won through assertive participation in approximately 30 public subscription type PF projects that are expected to be pursued this year. End.
