AMCO, in spite of stagnation in the sales market in Ulan, is achieving higher than expected performance in its sales.
AMCO (Representative: Kim, Chang Hee - www.amco.co.kr), a subsidiary construction company of Hyundai Motors Group of Companies, announced that the company achieved sales contract performance that approaches 30% of total salable volume prior to 25th on which model house for the AMCO Town was officially opened in Shincheon-dong, Ulsan.
AMCO, in spite of lack of special sale activities since February 29, which is the formal commencement date for sales, have achieved higher than expected sales performance. Given such circumstances, AMCO is expected to repeat its enormous success of its first AMCO Town sales at the Samsan-dong, Incheon, at the AMCO Town in Ulsan.
Mr. Chun, the Director of Construction Division of AMCO, in his self-assessment, stated that “financial terms of loan of 70% of the purchasing price without interest, benefits of Management-type On-line National University entrance Exam Service targeted at high school children of the purchaser, and variable interior in accordance with the preference of the customers have received particularly favorable response from the customers, thereby achieving the higher than expected performances.”
In fact, clients who visited the model house of AMCO Town in Shincheon, Ulsan, which was formally opened on the 25 illustrated enormous interest on variable interior, kitchen and community facility within the complex including on-line university entrance exam education service.

In terms of floor space, there are 6 types including 84 units with 112㎡ of floor space, 233 units with 113㎡, 36 units with 114㎡, 162 units with 152㎡, 148 units with 155㎡, and 78 units with 181㎡. Unit sales price for each floor space type, on the basis of standard floor, are ▲ 254 Million won (7.47 million won per pyeong), 259 Million won (7.54 million won per pyeong) and 259 Million won (7.47 million won per pyeong) for 112, 113 and 114㎡ types, respectively ▲ 376 Million won (8.15 million per pyeong) and 376 Million won (7.98 million won per pyeong) for 152 and 155㎡ type, respectively, and ▲ 455 Million won (8.3 Million won per pyeong) for 181㎡ type.
