AMCO (Representative Director: Mr. Kim, Chang Hee. www.amco.co.kr), a subsidiary construction company under the umbrella of Hyundai Motor Group of Companies, announced that the company recently opened 「Customer Satisfaction Center」 in order to reinforce it’s A/S service for the apartments that have been completed and for the construction sites as a part of management policy aimed at providing full satisfaction to customers.
Customer Satisfaction Center that recently opened will be in charge of roles including provision of services and A/S for the residents of apartments that have been completed as well as reception of A/S requests and processing of such requests through visitations at the completion sites.
In particular, this Center will provide 「Emergency Mobilization Service」 which will dispatch personnel immediately upon reception of A/S request in order to assertively cope with the requests of customers. Customers who need emergency A/S can apply for such at anytime through 080 toll free number for which the company will pay for the cost of the call.
For this purpose, AMCO has recruited and allocated specialized manpower in the areas of installation and electrical who will support the service by being dispatched on fulltime basis.
Accordingly, AMCO is planning to provide support for 32 sites throughout the countries at which the construction has been completed up to now with focus on management of households and emergency repair services for the AMCO Town in Samsan-dong, Incheon at which all the residents have already settled into in 2007.
In the event of using the emergency mobilization service by the tenants of AMCO TOWN in Samsan-dong, Incheon, service staff will arrive at the house of the tenant requesting the service within 1 hour of making the call to expediently execute services.
Once this service is implemented, inconvenience of having to make reservation for processing as well as waiting time for the tenants will be reduced substantially. Therefore, it is anticipated that this service will be received highly favorably by the tenants of the apartment.
Along with this, AMCO is planning to execute happy call system through which specialized consultants will evaluate the level of satisfaction on quality of processing and friendliness of the services by calling the tenants of the household for which the service is completed.

In addition, AMCO is planning to assertively provide support for the customer service to the tenants of apartments that will be newly sold in the Yeongnam Region including AMCO Towns in Shincheon-dong in Ulsan and Chojang District in Jinju by additionally opening customer service centers within the Ulsan Region by 2011.
In particular, once the Premiers AMCO, a composite commercial and residential building, which will become the landmark in Sangbong-dong, Seoul that is scheduled to commence sales in forthcoming June, is completed, the company is planning to introduce customer service under differentiated concept based on hotel-type service.
On the other hand, AMCO executed free service event including ▲ service that comes to your door and ▲ vehicle inspection service along with the “Haemaroo Festival” by inviting the tenants in commemoration of 1st anniversary of commencement of occupation of residents at the AMCO Town in Samsan-dong, Bupyeong last year.
