HYUNDAI AMCO (Representative Director: Kim, Chang Hee. www.hyundai-amco.co.kr) announced on the 27th that the company will open the model house for the ‘Premier’s AMCO’ located at the Mangwoo Station in Sangbong-dong, Joongryang-gu, Seoul, and commenced sales in earnest.

Mr. Cho, Wei Geon, the president of HYUNDAI AMCO, stated in his opening address that “Sangbong-dong is a district for which concentration of composite benefits including those of development plan for Renaissance in the northeast region, traffic, culture and convenient facilities is expected, and HYUNDAI AMCO will introduce the highest quality 48-story composite residential and commercial development, the ‘Premier’s AMCO’ that the company has been continually preparing thus far in this district.”
Mr. Cho added that “it is highly significant in that it is the first entry of HYUNDAI AMCO into the residential market in Seoul 4 years after the entry of the company into the residential market,” and that “we will build composite residential and commercial development that all of our customers wish to live in through highest quality and trust that can be compared favorably with any region within Seoul.”
This Premier’s AMCO composite residential and commercial development that HYUNDAI AMCO is selling offers total of 497 residential units (473 units for general sales) with exceptionally favorable average sales price of 14.88 million KW per 3.3m2 (market price of 16 million KW in the surrounding region) as well as various benefits including deferred payment on the interest on the 40% interim payment of which 20% will be without interest, free expansion of balcony for all the units and free installation of system air conditioning (excluding those with floor area of 58 m2).
Terms of the contract is 10% deposit payable in 2 payments, deferred payment on the interest on 1~4 interim payments while the 5~6 interim payments will be interest free, with balance of 30%.
Period of subscription is from December 2 (those with first priority) to December 4, and the duration of contract will be 3 days from December 15 ~ December 17.

This Sangbong Premier’s AMCO has dedicated floor areas ranging from 58.64 m2∼190.26m2 with 68 units with supply floor area of less than 85 m2, 17 units with 85m2, 68 units with 101m2, 136 units with 106 and 107m2, 136 units with 111m2, 14 units with 120m2, 14 units with 128m2, 14 units with 134m2, 2 units with 175 m2 and 4 units with 190 m2. Largest proportion of units has floor area of 111 m2.
