HYUNDAI AMCO, a subsidiary construction company of HYUNDAI Motor Group of Companies is entering the residential market in Seoul for the first time.
HYUNDAI AMCO (Representative Director: Kim, Chang Hee. www.hyundai-amco.co.kr) announced on the 24th that the company will commence sales of 497 residential units of composite residential and commercial development under the brand name of “Premier’s AMCO” in the 8th reorganization promotion district of the Sangbong-dong, Joongryang-gu, Seoul in earnest.
Premier’s AMCO being constructed as an ultra-high rise composed of 3 buildings of which 2 will have 7 underground floors and 43 above ground floors, and 1 will have 48 floors with land area of 25,000㎡ (approximately 7,600 pyeong), will become the leading landmark for the skyline in the northeast region of Seoul with maximum height of 185m.
In this sale by Premier’s AMCO, the floor area types have been composed of total of 17 types ranging from minimum of 58 m2 (20 pyeong) to 190 m2 (82 pyeong: on the basis of the dedicated floor area) in order to broaden the width of selection of customers, and allocated the largest number of units at 136 has been allocated to the 111 m2 type (48 pyeong), which is expected to be the most preferred floor area type by customers.

Users can verify the quantity of electric power used by watching the monitor within the household through the wall pad (monitoring system attached on the wall) in each household.
It can be integrated with the Home Network System and can be remotely controlled by using mobile phone and internet.
- Geothermal System
Geothermal system utilizes the energy obtained by accessing the underground thermal energy for the purpose of cooling and heating of building.
Pipe will be embedded 150 meters into the earth through boring holes at 4.8 meter intervals underneath the composite residential and commercial building at Sangbong-dong for exchanging of thermal energy with the underground heat energy. This thermal energy is utilized for cooling and heating of building by using heat pump, thereby reducing emission of CO2.
- Solar energy system
Integrated building type solar energy system absorbs the solar energy through the fence (solar collector) which also doubles as the exterior finishing material of the building, and supplies hot water to the community facilities. Hot water with temperatures in the range of 60℃ ∼80℃. The solar energy system collects the solar energy through the fence attached vertically on the 7th floor, the upper most floor, of the parking building and can secure daily average of 1,700 Kcal of solar radiation.
◆ Advanced integrated parking system
This system is equipped with most advanced CCTV and video system that lets the user know the location of user’s vehicle and verify available parking spaces within the parking lot. In particular, its security system is one of its strongest advantages. This system is installed at the underground parking lot, public entrance door, elevator and children’s playground, thereby monitoring these areas 24 hours a day. Premier’s AMCO is compose of total of 17 floor layouts and 5 concepts. Consumers in the age bracket range of 20’s to 40’s have been categorized into their age brackets in establishing interior and color concepts.
