HYUNDAI AMCO will be selling the large scale apartment complex in its history in Jinju, Gyeongnam.
HYUNDAI AMCO, a subsidiary construction company of Hyundai Motor Group of Companies (Representative Director: Jeong, Su Hyeon), announced that the company will open model house in Jinju, Gyeongnam on the 27th and commence receiving subscription for sales of the 1,813 residential units of ‘AMCO TOWN “The Prague”’, the large scale apartment complex in its history.
‘AMCO TOWN “The Prague”’, which is being pursued as a part of urban development project at the Pyeonggeo 4 District, Jinju has scale of total of 14 buildings (excluding annex building) each with 1 underground floor and 27~36 above ground floors on approximately 88,800㎡(26,900 pyeong) of land. All of the 1,813 residential units will be sold to the general public. Occupancy is expected to commence in April 2014.
Sales price per 3.3㎡ is 6.9~7.27 million Won for 66㎡(formerly 28 pyeong) floor space type, 7.12~7.57 million Won for 84㎡(formerly 34 pyeong) type, 7.62~7.92 million Won for 100㎡(formerly 39 pyeong) type, 7.99~8.14 million Won for 118㎡(formerly 45 pyeong) type, 8.12~8.31 million Won for 153㎡(formerly 56 pyeong) type and 9.78 million Won for 182㎡(formerly 70 pyeong) and 203㎡(formerly 76 pyeong) type.
The ‘system of guarantee for the contract terms and conditions’ that was applied to the Sangdo AMCO TOWN will also be applied to the ‘AMCO TOWN “The Prague”’. This system ensures that even in the event of changes in the terms and conditions of sales contract, these changes will be applied to those subscribers who signed contract for purchase earlier retroactively, and is the differentiated terms and conditions of contract that HYUNDAI AMCO is applying for the first time in the industry.
Units being supplied is composed of 128 units of 2 types of 66㎡ floor space plans, 1,160 units of 2 types of 84㎡ floor space plans, 140 units of 2 types of 100㎡ floor space plants, 264 units of 2 types of 118㎡ floor space plans, 116 units of 2 types of 153㎡ floor space plans, 4 units with floor space of 182㎡ and 1 unit with 203㎡. Model house was opened in the vicinity of Chunsugyo crossroad in Shinan-dong, Jinju City on the 27th, subscription will commence with special supply on June 1, followed by 1st rank subscription on the 2nd, 2nd rank subscription on the 3rd and 3rd rank subscription on the 7th of June. Successfully applicants for subscription will be announced on June 13 with contract signing carried out from 20th to 22nd of June.
Exterior is specialized with artistic design with the Prague of Czechoslovakia as the motif.
