HYUNDAI AMCO will establish large scale brand town with 2,441 residential units in the general regions of Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
HYUNDAI AMCO, a subsidiary construction company of Hyundai Motor Group of Companies (Representative Director: Kim, Chang Hee; www.hyundai-amco.co.kr), announced that the company will commence sales of 882 residential units of ‘Sangdo AMCO TOWN Aston Park’ next to the Sangdo AMCO TOWN with 1,559 unit, which are currently on sale, beginning on October 1.
‘Sangdo AMCO TOWN Aston Park(Aston Park)’, which is being pursued as the former KEPCO Sangdo-dong union regional residential cooperative project is planned with scale that includes total of 16 buildings each with 5 underground floors and 12~20 above ground floors on 52,580㎡(approximately 15,900 pyeong) of land next to the Sangdo 134 District Residential Cooperative Project site, and when both project sites are completed, it will establish a large scale “AMCO TOWN” brand complex with total of 2,441 residential units.
HYUNDAI AMCO is planning to officially open the model house at the Hangang-ro in Yongsan-gu (Exit No. 2 of the Shinyongsan Station) on October 1 and commence receiving subscription application on the same day. Occupancy is scheduled for August 2013.
Supply scale: Total of 882 residential units composed of 24 units with exclusive floor space of 59㎡(formerly 24 pyeong), total of 640 units with 5 types of 84㎡(formerly 33 pyeong) floor space plans, and total of 218 units with 4 types of 120㎡(formerly 45 pyeong) floor space plans. The strength of this development is the abundance of small and medium sized floor space units that are highly popular to those who are purchasing for their own occupancy.
Among these, total of 305 units composed of 22 units with 59㎡, 65 units with 84㎡ and 218 units with 120㎡ of floor space will be sold to the public at sales price per 3.3㎡ of 19.3∼20.1 million Won for 59㎡ type, 21.4∼22.6 million Won for 84㎡ type and 19.3∼21.7 million Won for 120㎡ type.
Fixed down payment system (20 million Won for 59㎡•84㎡ and 30 million Won for 120㎡), deferred payment system for the interest on the 60% interim payments and system of guarantee for the contract terms and conditions (with the exception of units on some of the floors) that enables retroactive application of the changes in the prescription conditions that may occur in the future will be implemented, and resale of subscription right is also possible. In the case of 120㎡ floor space type, system air conditioner is provided at no extra cost.

‘Sangdo AMCO TOWN Aston Park’ that will go on sale shortly provides pleasant daily life environment as it is in close vicinity of the Sangdo neighborhood park. Some of the units have been designed in 4.5-bay structure, thereby making natural lighting and ventilation to be outstanding. Moreover, variable type design will be applied in order to provide alpha space for the occupants to freely modify the floor plans of the bed rooms.
