NÜRBURGRING/SEOUL, March 16, 2026 – Hyundai Motor Company today announced the launch of two N Hyper Chargers at Germany’s Nürburgring racetrack. This initiative makes Hyundai Motor offer ultra-fast charging for electric vehicles (EVs) at one of the world’s most renowned motorsport venues.
The N Hyper Chargers Nürburgring embody Hyundai N’s ‘Performance for All’ philosophy by making high-performance EV experiences more accessible to driving enthusiasts at Nürburgring.

Strategically located at the Tourist Drive entrance, the N Hyper Chargers mark Hyundai’s first ultra-fast charging station within the Nürburgring complex. By bringing ultra-fast charging directly to the circuit, Hyundai Motor ensures drivers can recharge rapidly and return to the action immediately. This infrastructure upgrade underscores Hyundai Motor’s commitment to preserving the thrill of driving even in the electrified era, guaranteeing uninterrupted track enjoyment for all.

The N Hyper Chargers began pilot operations on March 14, 2026 to ensure drivers have immediate access for the new track season. Following a service optimization phase, complimentary charging for IONIQ 5 N and IONIQ 6 N owners will commence in April via the Charge myHyundai mobile application in Europe.
This initiative is a key step in Hyundai Motor’s roadmap to create a complete performance ecosystem for the EV era. Following the installation of its first fast-charging station for high-performance EVs at Inje Speedium in Korea in 2023, the company is now expanding its global high‑performance charging infrastructure at the Nürburgring — the very track that inspired the N brand.
