(SEOUL) July 1, 2026 – Kia Corporation today announced total global sales of 295,720 units in June 2026, a 9.5 percent increase year-over-year.
The strong global sales performance was driven by robust sales of the Kia Sportage and Seltos SUVs. The Sportage recorded global sales of 54,058 units, while the Seltos sold 35,007 units. The K4 sedan also contributed to Kia’s June performance, with sales of 22,373 units.

Kia recorded its highest-ever first-half performance in the Korean electric vehicle (EV) market, selling 72,078 units from January to June this year.

By model, the EV3 led Korean sales with 18,431 units, followed by the EV5 with 15,965 units and the PV5 with 15,000 units.
Driven by strong Korean and global demand for electrified vehicles, Kia has sustained year-over-year global sales growth for four consecutive months. The company expects to build on this momentum in the second half through tailored market strategies, driven by a full EV lineup and hybrid SUVs.
