SEOUL, April 20, 2026 – Hyundai Motor Group (the Group) today announced it will host its inaugural HMG Tech Talent Forum from September 17–18, 2026, at the San Jose McEnery Center in Silicon Valley, California, and launch a corresponding Global Tech Talent Recruitment program alongside the event.
The initiatives are designed to attract leading global technology professionals as the Group expands its business portfolio into innovative sectors, including artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics.
The HMG Tech Talent Forum is a conference-style event which will be held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in Silicon Valley, a global hub for technology innovation. It will feature open discussions with key technology leaders representing the Group, offering insights into its vision for future mobility. The Forum will also serve as a key opportunity to unveil the Group’s global talent strategy aligned with its vision.
Key executives, including Hyundai Motor Company President and CEO José Muñoz, President and Head of Advanced Vehicle Platform Division at Hyundai Motor Group and CEO of 42dot, Minwoo Park, President and Head of R&D Division at Hyundai Motor Group, Manfred Harrer, and Executive Vice President and Hyundai Motor Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Hae In Kim, will take the stage for keynote speeches at the Forum, where they will engage directly with top talent.

The Forum will feature a tech‑focused session, enabling in‑depth discussions on advanced technologies. The session will be organized into thematic tracks, including AI, robotics, autonomous driving, smart manufacturing, SW/IT and battery/hydrogen, to encourage active participation in discussions.
Attendees will also have the chance to engage in hands-on experiences with the Group’s advanced technological achievements and vision for the future.
