Magnetic Levitation Train, Glides over the Track

Hyundai Motor Group developed a commercial model of the magnetic levitation train using Korea’s own technology in 2006.
In 2016, the magnetic levitation train in Incheon International Airport began its service, as the second successful urban magnetic levitation train system in the world.
Hyundai Motor Group is now actively expanding its market for magnetic levitation trains using its production technology
and commercialization credentials.

What makes the magnetic levitation train of Hyundai Motor Group different is the bottom of Eco-B, where the structure embraces the track to prevent derailing.
So, we do not have to worry about the derailing risks, where one derailed wheel will automatically cause the derailing of the subsequent wheels in a curve. Also, the magnetic levitation train is an environmentally-friendly transportation system which is free of vibration, dust, or noise, as there is no friction with the rail. The interior noise level of a magnetic levitation train is not more than 65dB, so that the passengers may enjoy a much more comfortable environment compared to that of rubber-wheel trains where the noise level goes beyond 70dB.

The biggest differentiation point for Eco-B is that mist window system, which can protect the privacy of the residents living near the tracks that are classified as privacy zones. Here, the window mists up automatically.
