Program reservation

This page is for booking the English docent program at UX Studio Seoul.
You can reserve an available date and session to complete a booking. If you are unable to keep your reservation,
you can change or cancel your booking through
“My Reservations.”

Step 01 Reservations
- You must be at least 14 years old and have a mobile phone registered in your name to make a reservation request.
- You can bring up to 20 additional guests, including yourself.
- Group reservations are available for the Standard Program only and take approximately 30 minutes.
- The Advanced Research Lab is a restricted area and is not accessible at any time, including during programs.
- Please bring only essential belongings to help the program run smoothly.
- Parking is not available. We recommend using public transportation.
- Wheelchairs are available on-site for visitors with mobility needs.
- Staff members (guides and weavers) are available on-site to assist you.
- Please present your reservation number at the information desk upon arrival for identity verification.
- Group reservations are finalized only after a pre-booking request has been submitted and approved.
- This page is for pre-booking requests. Once your pre-booking is complete, a confirmation with your reservation number and visit schedule will be sent to the email address and mobile number you provided, if registered.
- Once your pre-booking is complete, the operations office will contact you by email within one business day to confirm your reservation.
- If any details change, please contact the operations team in advance.
- If you do not receive the notifications or have difficulty accessing them, please contact us using the phone number or email below.

Step 03 Reservation details

Your reservation request will be processed based on the information you provide.
Once your pre-booking is complete, the operations office will contact you by email within one business day to confirm your reservation.
