Program reservation

This page is for booking the English docent program at UX Studio Seoul.
You can reserve an available date and session to complete a booking. If you are unable to keep your reservation,
you can change or cancel your booking through
“My Reservations.”

  1. Step 01 Reservations

    • You must be 14 or older to book a program.
      To complete your reservation, please verify your email address.
      If you are under 14 years old, please make a reservation together with a guardian or someone aged 14 or above.
    • You can add up to four guests, including yourself, to your reservation.
    • Choose between our Standard (30 minutes) and Professional (60 minutes) programs depending on your level of interest in UX.
    • Please note, the Advanced Research Lab is a secure area and isn’t accessible during your visit.
    • The Professional Program is a hands-on experience that may involve real research activities, voice recording, and filming.
      You may be asked to sign a waiver allowing us to use your personal information on-site.
    • To help our programs run smoothly, we recommend carrying only essential items.
    • There is no parking available on-site, so please use public transportation.
    • Wheelchairs are available on-site for visitors with mobility difficulties.
    • Operational staff (guides and Weavers) are on-site to assist you.
    • When visiting UX Studio Seoul, please present your reservation number at the reception for verification.
    • Once your reservation is confirmed, your reservation number and details about your visit will be sent to your registered email and phone number.
    • Reservation information will be sent via KakaoTalk notifications and email.
    • If you do not receive these messages or have difficulties using them, please contact us via email.

    • We will use the information you provide to complete your reservation.
    • To register your visit, please verify your email and enter a mobile phone number where we can reach you.

      • Mobile phone number guidelines:
        Only numbers registered with a South Korean mobile carrier are accepted. (Example: 010-1234-5678)
        Reservation details will be sent via KakaoTalk to the number you provide.
        Please make sure to install the KakaoTalk app before completing your reservation.
